About

Alessia Cruci is an up-and-coming producer with experience in the entertainment industry in development, production and representation.

Alessia served as a Creative Assistant in the development department of Columbia Pictures, where she was responsible for identifying IPs for possible development. Alessia was also giving feedback on dailies, cuts, and casting.

Prior to joining Columbia Pictures, Alessia spent a year with Superprime Films, No. 4 on Ad Age’s Top Production Companies of the Year 2022, and its corporate parent ProdCo, where he worked closely with the executive team including CEO Ian Pons Jewel.

Alessia graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Southern California, School of Cinematic Arts, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Film and TV Production.

During University, Alessia produced the successful short film Leaving the Factory, which was sponsored by The Russo Brothers, AGBO, HFPA, and Keslow Camera. Leaving the Factory starred Roberta Sparta, known for Celly Organa in Obi Wan Kenobi, and Anne Bedian, known for Chicken Lady in Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Alessia holds the Level B certificate from Safe Set and is able to work union jobs as a Covid-Compliant Officer. Find the certificate here.

Alessia is looking forward to working in female lead productions or any narrative project (especially dramas and dark comedies). She is passionate about historical pieces, especially the one adapted from true stories.
